Abstract

The forehead flap is one of the oldest recorded surgical techniques for nasal reconstruction. As the gold standard for nasal soft tissue reconstruction, the forehead flap provides a recons- tructive surgeon with a robust pedicle and large amount of tissue to reconstruct almost any nasal defect. The otolaryngologist must be familiarized con these reconstruction techniques, more when involves areas like nose who must know totally like nasal structure as well as be capable to repair the cartilaginous support after a oncologic resection or inclusive for others causes like trauma. We expose two cases diagnosis and handled for dermatology and oto- laryngologist team of our center with satisfactory oncology results.
