Abstract

A 32-year-old patient attended our department for intermittent epistaxis. Upon exa- mination, a non-suspicious mass coming from the septum was found in the left nostril, which at biopsy proved to be an angiofibroma. We describe the therapeutic approach of a septal extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma and a review of the literature.
