Abstract
Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is the most common benign tumor of the nasopharynx, representing 0.05% of total neoplasms of the head and neck. Extranasopharyngeal angiofibromas are rare entities described sporadically in the literature, being located mainly in the maxillary sinus. We present a case of an extra-nasopharyngeal fibroangio- ma located in the right temporal fossa followed by a literature review.
