Abstract
The osteoma is the most common tumor of the paranasal sinuses, is usually asymp- tomatic because of their slow growth, however, may develop symptoms depending on the size, location and extent, with potential compromise of orbit and brain. Surgery is indicated in symptomatic cases, with external, endoscopic or combined approach. We present a case of ethmoidal osteoma with orbital involvement managed by endoscopic image guided surgery.
